TTN has created a bursary programme to assist school leavers who have completed their schooling, and won't be able to study further or have access to Tertiary Education to enhance their skills in the workplace.

Pastor Derick Slabbert of Wellspring Ministries/TTN is coordinating the Workplace Skills Training Programme and is an accredited Sage Pastel Trainer.  He trains students at TTN's Headquarters in Piet Retief.

In 2018 provision has been made for 20 Students to do an accredited Pastel Accounting Course. The first 4 Students attended the Pastel Accounting Course presented by Pastor Derick in March 2018.  We are pleased to announce that all four passed and have received their certificates.  They will now be able to approach the job market more confidently, and seek Workplace Positions they qualify for.

Workplace Skills Training is another means of Community Upliftment that TTN is using as an 'Access Ministry'.  Through the relationship and trust created by the DBS (Discovery Bible Study), we are able to assist Community members with access to skills training opportunities that will give them the means and opportunities to earn an income and become self-sustaining.
